Introduction
ITTFA - Itterative Targeted Transformation Factor Analysis - Is a Matlab specific data analysis and plotting tool for 3D X-ray or neutron diffraction data. Click here to view screenshots. The program is used to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the phase changes seen as a function of an external influence. Processing hundreds of diffraction data used to be an extremely tedious task since it was difficult to observe subtle changes occuring in peak positions and intensities. ITTFA provides and easy viewing interface to hundreds or thousands of diffraction patterns, and a processing tool to evaluate changes are occuring for targeted Rietveld refinements.
